Deposits

• Deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable.

• A deposit guarantees that the chosen puppy will be held exclusively for you until the agreed pickup or delivery date.

Full Payments

• Once a puppy has been paid for in full, payments are generally non-refundable.

• Exceptions may be made only under circumstances covered by our Health Guarantee (e.g., if a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening genetic condition during the guarantee period).

Cancellations

• If you are unable to complete the purchase after placing a deposit, the deposit may be applied toward a future litter at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued.

Transport & Delivery Fees

• Any fees paid for transport or delivery are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to third-party service providers.
