Methods of Delivery

• In-Person Pickup: We encourage families to meet us in person at our location to pick up their puppy.

• Ground Transport: We can arrange trusted ground transport services for delivery within certain regions.

• Flight Nanny Services: For longer distances, we partner with experienced flight nannies who personally accompany your puppy in the cabin to ensure safety and comfort.

Costs

Shipping and delivery costs vary depending on distance, method, and service provider. Fees will be discussed and agreed upon before finalizing travel arrangements.

Health & Safety Requirements

• All puppies will be vet-checked, vaccinated, and travel-ready before leaving our care.

• We do not ship puppies via cargo. Safety and well-being are our top priorities.

Scheduling & Availability

• Delivery timelines depend on the puppy’s age (minimum 8 weeks old), health clearance, and availability of transport services.

• We will coordinate with you to determine the most suitable and safe travel arrangements.

Responsibility

Once your puppy leaves our care with an approved transport service, responsibility for travel conditions is transferred to the transport provider. However, we remain available to support and ensure a smooth process.
