Bitch Owner's Information

Stud Owner’s Responsibilities

• Provide Health and Color Testing: The Breeder will provide all relevant health and color genetic test results for the stud dog.

• Provide Stud’s Pedigree: The Breeder will provide the stud dog's pedigree upon request.

• Perform AI (Artificial Inseminations): Up to 2 AIs will be arranged.

• Prepare and Ship Semen (if required): All expenses will range from $350 to $450.

• Litter Guarantee: The Breeder guarantees a litter of at least 3 puppies at birth.

Bitch Owner’s Responsibilities

• Ensure Bitch is Parasite-Free:  The Owner must confirm that the bitch is free of parasites and in good health prior to the breeding.

• Cover Breed-Related Expenses: All expenses related to breeding, including but not limited to progesterone testing, veterinary fees, shipping fees, semen extender, semen shipping box, semen collection, c-sections, and sonograms, will be the Owner's responsibility.

• Provide Progesterone Testing:  The Owner is required to perform progesterone testing to accurately pinpoint ovulation, ensuring the best chances of a successful breeding. Results must be received by 2:00PM Eastern Time if semen is to be shipped.

• Notify Breeder by Day 55 if Bitch Does Not Conceive: The Owner must notify the Breeder no later than Day 55 of pregnancy if the bitch did not conceive. Failure to do so will void any rebreeding rights.

• Keep Breeder Informed of Bitch’s Reproductive Cycle: The Owner must keep the Breeder informed of the bitch’s reproductive cycle, timing of progesterone testing, and any changes in breeding plans.

Choice Of Breeding Method

•         Up to Two (2) AI's 

• Shipping Semen: All costs for semen collection, shipping, etc., are the responsibility of the Bitch Owner ($350-$450).

• No Liability for Shipment: Breeder is not liable for lost or damaged shipments.

  
  

Financial Responsibility

• All Breeding Expenses: Progesterone testing, semen collection, shipping, vet expenses, etc., are the Owner’s responsibility.

• No Refunds: No refunds under any circumstances.

  
  

Miscellaneous

• Rebreed Time Limit: Must be used within 24 months of the original breeding.

• Substitute Stud: If the chosen stud is unavailable, a substitute will be offered.

• No Liability for Shipment: Owner assumes all responsibility after shipment leaves Breeder.

• No Boarding: Breeder does not board female dogs.
